Dilek Ballet Schools are the only institution on duty to the art of ballet throughout three generations

Dilek Ballet Schools, established in 1967 by Dilek Sunam — one of the first ballet graduates of Istanbul Conservatory — continue their work and mission to teach and popularize ballet dancing through generations.

The schools also found international success with Rezan Ceylan Lek, daughter of Dilek Sunam. With her artistic accumulation at the Russian State Conservatory and the Royal Academy of Dance, Ceylan Lek brought many dancers into the profession during more than 30 years of teaching.

Ceylan Lek’s son, Arda Lek, revealed the artistic talent inherited through generations with his international achievements and his work as teacher and choreographer, introducing new trends. He continues his career as a third-generation instructor at Dilek Ballet Schools.

Today, Dilek Ballet Schools continue the three-generation mission of educating and guiding people with high-level artistic, professional and self-development skills.
